Leadership Development programmes at CO-LEAD are designed to support leaders and organisations in developing a holistic understanding of leadership in today’s complex and rapidly changing environments. Through an experiential and dialogical approach, our programmes integrate personal growth, systems thinking, communication, and strategic development — empowering leaders to navigate challenges, inspire others, and create sustainable impact across their teams and organisations.

Holistic Leadership Development programmes

Holistic Leadership Development Programme (HLDP) is a tailored-made three-year-long modular programme of 19 modules that could be attended as self-standing modules or in three sets of year-long bi-monthly modules lasting one to two days. HLDP aims to develop strategic thinking, systems thinking, communication and motivation competencies and self-skills. In between modules, leaders experience one-hour long individual coaching conversation with a certified coach.

During the Holistic Leadership Development Programme, participants work interactively with their real current issues rather than invented cases, explore possibilities for creative solutions and co-create strategies for sustainable success.

Organisational Culture Development programmes

Organisational culture is defined as shared basic assumptions that a group learns as it solves its problems of external adaptation and internal integration (Schein, 2010). These assumptions become valid over time and not only contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organisation but are also taught to new members. Thus, the collective learning starts shaping how an organisation operates and interacts both internally and externally.

Our Organisational Culture Development Programme offers six two-day-long modules annually (up to three years) to organisations interested in exploring their existing or co-creating a new organisational culture. During our Organisational Culture Development Programme, participants first re-examine organisational values, artifacts and basic underlying assumptions of their existing organisational culture before deciding whether to develop strategies for its sustainability, its upgrade or its redefinition.

Leaders as Coaches

On a daily basis, leaders deal with the challenges of globalisation and the requirements of cross-cultural business operations, while leading employees belonging to new generations with different values, expectations and requirements. All of these challenges require the leader to be capable of listening to their team members, eliciting their potentials, supporting/challenging them as and when needed and above all to be open to not knowing and to growing while remaining forward-looking. The leaders of the 21st century could achieve this by applying coaching to their leadership.

Our programme Leaders as Coaches offers four two-day-long modules every other month to support leaders’ transition from being leaders to being leaders with a coaching mindset.

All our programmes are underpinned by our unique POSA methodology. In collaboration with your organisation, we adapt them to your specific needs content-wise.

We also deliver ready-made leadership and organisational development programmes for ‘open groups’ that can be attended by one or a few participants from your organisation. They explore relevant issues and exchange their ideas with leaders from different organisations from around the world. For example, our programme ‘Leaders as Coaches’ is delivered both as a tailored-made programme adapted to specific needs of your organisation and as a ready-made programme for leaders from around the world.

Our programmes are of different lengths. As we believe in in-depth learning, they usually consist of four to six modules, each lasting from one to two days and spreading over 6 to 12 months.

Our programmes can be delivered in-person, online synchronously and also through a combination of both. Check further information for your chosen programme.
