Why is ICF Credential important?
What is the advantage of choosing ICF Accredited Coaching Education?
An ICF accredited coaching programme is a professional training course that aligns with the educational and ethical standards established by the ICF. In your journey to become certified coaching professionals joining an ICF Accredited Education ensures that you will:
– Develop a globally recognized set of core coaching competencies and gain a high level of coaching proficiency.
– Get the required number of coaching training hours, mentor coaching and feedback at each level of your coaching education to apply for the corresponding ICF Credential, i.e. ACC, PCC or MCC.
– Adhere to ethical guidelines in your coaching practice.
ICF regularly reviews the coaching programmes delivered by ICF Accredited Coaching Education Providers and thus ensures the continual development of these programmes by defining standards for training delivery, as well as for the delivery of mentor coaching and performance evaluation process.

Continuing Coach Education programmes (CCE)
CCE programmes, specialised, advanced coaching courses accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), are for experienced and new coaches who work either as external or internal coaches and wish to expand their expertise in different areas of coaching. CCEs are also intended for coaches who would like to renew their ACC, PCC or MCC Credential with the ICF. Our CCE programmes relate to expanding coaching competencies and/or focus on skills that complement coaching, like the use of coaching tools or topics related to personal growth.

Internal Coaches’ Development programmes
For organisations fostering a growth culture through internal coaching, we offer Basic and Advanced Level programmes for future internal coaches — employees whose roles are explicitly defined to include coaching responsibilities within the organisation.
For organisations that already have a network of internal coaches, we offer Internal Coaches Development programmes, such as Business Coaching, Group Coaching, Team Coaching, Facilitation in Group Coaching and Modelling in Team Coaching (accredited by the ICF as CCE programmes).
All internal coaching programmes can include group and/or individual mentor coaching.

Mentor Coaching
Whether you are a new coach wishing to further develop and deepen your understanding of coaching competencies, an experienced coach wanting to refine your coaching style in line with the present trends and coaching standards, or a coach preparing to apply for or renew your ACC (Associate Certified Coach), PCC (Professional Certified Coach) or MCC (Master Certified Coach) Credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), our structured mentor coaching programmes, which are tailored to your needs, will support you in your professional growth.
Why is mentor coaching important?
Mentor coaching is an important part of a coach’s ongoing professional development and helps develop your coaching competencies, capabilities, coaching style and approach. Mentor coaching is also a prerequisite in case you wish to obtain or renew your ICF Credentials (ACC, PCC or MCC).
What is mentor coaching?
According to the ICF (International Coaching Federation), mentor coaching is a collaborative journey designed to enhance your coaching capabilities. By partnering with a mentor coach, you receive tailored feedback on your coaching sessions, allowing for deep reflection and growth in alignment with ICF Core Competencies.
What to expect from the mentor coaching process?
The mentoring process takes place over an extended period of time (at least 3 months), allowing you to integrate the insights and learnings gained through mentor coaching into your coaching practice.
For coaches intending to obtain or renew an individual ICF Credential (ACC, PCC or MCC), we offer the mentoring programme, which includes 10 full hours (7 group and 3 one-on-one hours based on your recorded coaching sessions).
All CO-LEAD mentor coaches follow the ICF standards of mentor coaching.

Frequently Asked Questions
Below you will find answers to the questions we are asked most about our coaching education programmes. If you need more information, just contact us.
Why is ICF Credential important?
As the coaching industry continues to grow, professional credibility and validation through an ICF Credential are gaining significant importance. It demonstrates your professionalism, integrity, expertise and commitment to ongoing development—qualities that will give added value to your professional standing as a coach.
To maintain your ICF Credential, i.e. Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Master Certified Coach (MCC), you are required to renew it every three years. The credentialing path can support you in ongoing learning and keep you motivated to advance your coaching.

CCE (e.g. business coaching, group coaching, team coaching) programmes’ prerequisite is to have completed at least 60 hours of coach-specific training, as they are designed for already trained coaches.
