In December 2025 the CO-LEAD team in cooperation with the International Centre for Promotion of Enterprises (ICPE) delivered a two-day workshop on Strategies for Effective Communication for participants of the Algerian Startup Learning Expedition Program (ASEP) 2025. Participants worked through concrete examples from their own environments and developed action plans to support the application of newly acquired skills.

In January 2026 Dr. Tatjana Dragovic Andersen, MCC was a plenary speaker at the Intercultural Competency & Global Citizenship Education course and online forum, which was delivered as part of a UNESCO-UNEVOC Co-Action initiative. This professional learning experience is aimed at supporting dialogue, reflection, and shared practice around intercultural understanding and global citizenship in education.

In May 2026, we are starting a spring cohort of our 20-hour ICF Continuing Coach Education Programme ‘Individual Business Coaching’, designed for established and new coaches who want to work in the field of business coaching, supporting leaders within organisations.
