Individual Executive Coaching packages

Individual Executive Coaching packages are designed for future-making leaders of Board Management/C-Suite who are interested in sustaining their key competencies, strategies and approaches while being open to developing novelty-driven, ongoing renewal mindset for the 21st century’s thriving and development-focused organisations. We offer different executive coaching packages based on your specific needs.

Executive coaching is a partnering process and a structured conversation where the executive gets an opportunity to voice own vision as well as dilemmas with a partner/coach/a sounding board. Executives get to bounce off ideas, explore own thinking more deeply and gain insights while being listened to and provided with constructive feedback.

Individual Business Coaching packages

Business coaching is delivered within organisations for individual employees at various levels and functional areas of organisational structure (e.g. seasoned leaders, newly appointed leaders, future leaders, talents, experts or specialists, etc). We offer different business coaching packages based on your specific needs and desired outcomes.

Business coaching is a partnering process and a structured conversation where businessmen/employees explore how to increase their potential and agency for being successful personally while also contributing to the goals, strategies, vision and success of the organisation as a whole. This dual focus is the key characteristic of business coaching.

Although the goals and topics within business coaching can vary greatly, we always keep in mind that the focus is on individual’s results as well as the success of the whole organisation.

Business coaching helps heighten self-awareness, improve self-regulation, foster high level of empathy, enhance learning and develop skills, among many other benefits. It contributes to increased performance, better working relationships, teamwork and collaboration, a healthier work-life balance, and overall wellbeing.

Group Coaching packages

In many cases, organisations choose group coaching instead of individual coaching packages to promote culture of continuous personal and professional growth of their employees. In this way organsiations include a larger scope of their employees but still keep an indivdulaised approach to their development.

We offer different group coaching packages based on your specific needs and desired outcomes. With one coaching package we enable an intensive process of growth for a group of up to 12 individuals. 

 

Group coaching brings together individuals in organisations (who are not members of the same team) with shared personal or professional goals and helps them achieve these goals individually.

Group coaching enables employees to achieve individual goals in a safe environment where they can openly share challenges, learn from one another, gain diverse perspectives, and experience both personal and professional growth. One of the most valuable benefits of group coaching is that it empowers group members to take ownership of their outcomes and act upon their insight with support of the group.

Organisations use group coaching to support employees who are usually not members of the same team, however, they might have similar roles (e.g. they are all new leaders), want to develop common competencies (e.g. communication in challenging situations) or are experiencing similar situations (e.g. young parents returning to work after parents’ leave).

Some of our group coaching packages focused on: preparation for retirement, work-life balance, career development within the organisation, self-leadership for leaders and competencies development of different roles in a company.

Team Coaching packages

We offer different team coaching packages based on your specific needs and desired outcomes. With one team coaching package, we enable an intensive process of growth for a team of up to 8 individuals.

Team coaching focuses on team-based learning and development processes, considers the team to be a system and is thus applied collectively to the team as a whole.

Team coaching enables teams to raise awareness of the team’s behaviour patterns, strategies, beliefs and values, with the aim of achieving team success while at the same time contributing to the organisation’s sustainable growth. This systemic approach in conjunction with a dual focus is an important aspect of team coaching.

Team coaching empowers teams to strengthen their connection, work towards continued high performance, drive innovation, achieve organisation’s strategic goals while taking accountability for team’s ongoing development and organisational sustainable success.

Organisations choose team coaching when they recognise benefits of having ‘learning teams’, the ones that sustain and advance their performance and address their dysfunctions/challenges/situations affecting their outcomes related either to the team itself, systemic aspects of the organisation as a whole or changes in the business environment.

Academic Coaching packages

Academic coaching is a process of supporting undergraduate and postgraduate students in identifying their crucial potentials for researcher mindset and potential barriers on their journey to use it successfully.

During academic coaching that can be tailored to individuals or groups, students explore how to approach academic studies with curiosity and advanced research skills in order to study any social phenomenon or natural science/technology- based issue.

Individual Personal and Professional Development Coaching packages

Personal and professional development coaching is aimed at individuals who find themselves at a turning point in their career or in their personal life, or who want to deepen their understanding of themselves and create a new, meaningful path forward through a process of self-exploration and empowerment.

This process can support you to advance in your personal and/or professional growth in the area you choose to focus on and gain confidence to take intentional steps toward the future you envision.

Below you will find answers to the questions we are asked most about our coaching packages. If you need more information, just contact us.

One individual coaching session lasts 60 mins. One group coaching session lasts up to 180 mins and one team coaching session up to 300 mins with breaks.

Overall coaching package length may vary, depending on whether it is an individual, group or team coaching package.  It is recommended that individual coaching packages consist of 7 to 12 sessions spread over 3 to 12 months.

The group and team coaching packages usually consist of 5 to 7 sessions spread over 3 to 7 months.

We offer only packages to create conditions for meaningful change and sustainable results.

However, as a starting point we usually recommend an introductory session. It is a chance for us to explore your needs and your goals, see if coaching is a suitable approach for you, and answer any questions you have before you decide on a package.

Sessions will take place online (usually via Zoom), as agreed upon during the initial contracting.

Please make sure you are in a safe, comfortable environment where you can speak freely without being overheard and without distractions.

All coaching sessions are delivered in English.
