Agreement & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to co-leadcentre.com and your participation in any CO-LEAD programmes, courses, workshops, coaching, and related services (“Services”). By accessing the website, creating an account, or enrolling in a Service, you agree to these Terms.

The website and Services are intended for individuals and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page and apply to future use. Please review this page periodically for updates.

Services & Programme Information

We deliver coaching, leadership development and coaching-education programmes for individuals, teams and organisations. Programme descriptions, schedules, fees, prerequisites and certificate requirements (where applicable) are provided on our website or official materials. We may reasonably modify programme content, trainers/facilitators, dates, or delivery format when needed (e.g., low enrolment, trainer illness, force majeure). For ICF-accredited coaching education programmes (Level 1, 2 and 3) and ICF-accredited Continuing Coach Education ((CCE) additional terms and conditions apply. Please see Participant Enrolment Agreement.

Accounts, Access & Security

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons or breaches of these Terms.

Community Standards (Comments, Forums, Live Sessions)

When using comments, discussion spaces, or live sessions (e.g., Zoom/Teams), you agree to:

– be respectful and lawful;

– not post or share illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content;

– not upload malware or attempt to disrupt Services.

We may remove content and/or restrict access at our discretion if rules are violated.

Your Submissions (Assignments, Feedback, Testimonials)

If you provide feedback, assignments, questions, or testimonials (“Submissions”), you grant CO-LEAD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, and adapt such Submissions for delivery of the Services, quality improvement, and (for testimonials) marketing, in line with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your original work.

Intellectual Property & Licence to Materials

All programme materials (videos, audio, slides, handouts, templates, workbooks) and website content are protected by intellectual-property laws and are owned by CO-LEAD or its licensors. Upon purchase/enrolment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning.

You must not share, republish, sell, resell, upload elsewhere, make derivative works, or build competing offerings from our materials. Limited internal adaptations of templates strictly for your own use are permitted unless otherwise stated. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Cookies & Pixels

Cookie usage (including analytics/advertising pixels) is governed by our Cookie Policy (separate page). This document prevails for contractual terms; cookie details remain in that policy.

Pricing, Registration & Payments

Fees are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable (unless noted). Your seat is confirmed only after the required payment/deposit is received and we issue a confirmation. Late or incomplete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

Your cancellation (fixed-date programmes):

– Upon written cancellation before start: 100% refund minus a 50 EUR admin fee or free transfer to a later cohort (subject to availability).

– Written cancellations made during the course are eligible to a pro rata amount of the prepaid fee minus a 50 EUR admin fee.

Our changes/cancellation:

– If we cancel or substantially reschedule a programme (e.g., insufficient enrolment), you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next available date.

– If a refund is granted, any access/licences to related materials end immediately and you must cease use and delete local copies.

Attendance, Recordings & Certificates

Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled participants and internal quality assurance. Do not share recordings externally. If you prefer not to appear, you may keep your camera off, use a display name, and submit questions via chat.
Certificates (including any ICF-related acknowledgements) are awarded only upon meeting the stated attendance and other requirements. External recognition is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Professional Disclaimers & Personal Responsibility

Our Services and content are for educational and informational purposes only; they are not legal, medical, psychological, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for your decisions and actions arising from the use of our materials, tax, business, or financial advice.

No Warranties; Service Availability

The website, Services, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CO-LEAD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits/revenue/data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the use of our website, Services, or materials. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CO-LEAD, its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your unlawful use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or Services immediately if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Termination does not affect accrued obligations (e.g., amounts due).

Governing Law, Disputes & ODR

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before litigation, both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably, including mediation. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission.

Language, Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms may be available in multiple languages. In case of inconsistency, the Slovenian version (if published) prevails. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement for the website and Services. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
